It’s a common practice these days to use a CMS (content management system) for websites. These applications are prone to information overload. That works well if the website is intended to distribute information that is in a constant state of change. It also works well when visitors come to the site strictly for its content.
Overwhelmed
But CMS technology can be overwhelming when creating and maintaining the website. It can also be overwhelming to visitors who simply want to know who you are and whether you meet their needs.
Message
